Beef Steak Tomato, chopped |

METHOD
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place into a large bowl with the chopped beef steak tomato. Cover the tomatoes with olive oil. Add the salt and crushed garlic to the bowl. Leave to marinate for 2/3hours.
Cook the pasta to the instructions on the packet if fresh for three minutes.
Drain the pasta and add to the tomato and oil mixture. Stir through lots of black pepper and torn basil leaves. You can add some parmesan if wanted.
Can be eaten at room temperature or hot.
